This license is based on the [Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND)](https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses/arma-public-license-nd), with additional restrictions specific to the THE NETHERLANDS - DAYX Gamemode.

• 1. Definitions
“Work” means THE NETHERLANDS - DAYX mod and all of its original files, scripts, and assets released by the author.  
“Author” means the original creator(s) of the Work.  
“Derivative” means any modification, adaptation, translation, or transformation of the Work, in whole or in part.  

• 2. Permissions
You are permitted to:
- Download, install, and use the Work for personal entertainment.  
- Host the Work on Arma Reforger servers.  
- Redistribute the Work in its original, unmodified form, provided attribution to the Author is maintained.  

• 3. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
1. Modify, alter, or create Derivatives of the Work.  
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise change the Work’s source files.  
3. Use the Work or any part of it as a dependency for another game mode or mod, except THE NETHERLANDS - DAYX Gamemode itself.  
4. Override, replace, or re-package the Work for use in another game mode.
5. Claim any form of affiliation, endorsement, or “official” status from the Author without explicit written permission.  

• 4. Ownership
The Author retains full ownership and copyright of the Work. This license grants no transfer of rights.  

• 5. Termination
Any breach of this license immediately terminates your rights to use the Work. Upon termination, you must delete all copies in your possession.  

• 6. Liability
The Work is provided “as is” without warranty. The Author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Work.  

• 7. Governing License
Where not in conflict with the restrictions above, this license inherits all terms from the [Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND)](https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses/arma-public-license-nd).
