1. SCOPE
1.1 "The Mod" means Zagoria 89 HMMWV Variants, version 1.0.0 and later, as published on the Arma Reforger Workshop under ID 6AC7037A64D2421A, including all vehicles, equipment, assets, and other content contained within it.
1.2 "Original Content" means the independently copyrightable contributions created for the Mod by TandemHEAT, Kali87, or credited contributors. This includes original Workbench-created prefabs, vehicle variants, configurations, scripts, textures, materials, effects, layouts, and associated source files, to the extent those contributions are independently protected by copyright. It does not include the unmodified stock HMMWV model or other Bohemia Interactive-owned assets.
1.3 The Mod uses the existing, unmodified HMMWV vehicle model from Arma Reforger. The vehicle model and other stock Bohemia Interactive resources remain Bohemia Interactive property and are governed by its applicable terms. All additions to the Mod have been developed using Arma Reforger Workbench.
1.4 This license governs Original Content and distribution of the Mod as a complete package, subject to rights granted by applicable underlying licenses. Section 7 addresses Bohemia Interactive and third-party content.
2. OWNERSHIP
2.1 TandemHEAT and Kali87 are joint copyright owners of Original Content developed and owned jointly by them, subject to separate ownership agreements or third-party rights.
2.2 Both owners have equal authority over licensing, distribution, and authorized use of their jointly owned Original Content. Permissions requiring owner approval under this license must be granted by both owners unless they agree otherwise in writing.
2.3 Contributions from other credited developers are included with their permission and remain subject to applicable ownership agreements or licenses.
2.4 Underlying Bohemia Interactive-owned assets remain the intellectual property of Bohemia Interactive. Neither TandemHEAT nor Kali87 claims exclusive ownership of those original assets.
3. WHAT YOU MAY DO
Without requesting additional permission, you may:
3.1 Download, install, and play the Mod in Arma Reforger.
3.2 Run the Mod on any public or private Arma Reforger server by loading it through the Workshop.
3.3 Capture, publish, and share screenshots, videos, livestreams, and other gameplay media featuring the Mod.
3.4 Publish your own mods that list the Mod as a Workshop dependency, including scenarios, missions, compositions, faction packs, compatibility patches, and add-ons introducing your own items, decorations, or variants. Such projects may place the Mod's entities, inherit from its prefabs, reference its resources, and call or extend its scripts. They must not contain, copy, extract, or redistribute protected Original Content from the Mod. Projects using Workshop dependency references without redistributing protected files are permitted.
3.5 Independently use the stock Arma Reforger HMMWV and other Bohemia Interactive assets in accordance with Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms. This license does not restrict those independently granted rights.
4. WHAT REQUIRES WRITTEN PERMISSION
Without prior written permission from both TandemHEAT and Kali87, you may not, except where independently authorized by an applicable underlying license:
4.1 Reupload, mirror, repack, or otherwise redistribute the complete Mod or protected Original Content, whether modified or unmodified, on the Workshop or any other platform.
4.2 Extract, copy, port, or reuse protected Original Content in another mod, game, or project, including other Bohemia Interactive titles.
4.3 Create or distribute edited copies of protected Original Content, including modified models, textures, reskins derived from the Mod's textures, altered configurations, or independently distributed "fixed" versions of its files. Mods developed through the dependency system described in Section 3.4 are not considered edited copies.
4.4 Use protected Original Content as training material, reference input, or prompts for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, including generating derivative assets.
4.5 Remove, alter, or misrepresent copyright notices, creator credits, attribution information, or this license when redistributing content under permissions granted by the owners.
4.6 Represent yourself or another party as an official developer, copyright owner, or authorized distributor of the Mod without permission.
These restrictions apply only to content and activities within the rights controlled by TandemHEAT and Kali87 and do not override applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party licenses.
5. PROHIBITED USES
The following uses are prohibited under this license. No exception may be granted under its terms.
5.1 Commercial use of the Mod or its protected Original Content, including direct or indirect monetization. This includes selling or renting the Mod, placing protected files behind a paywall, charging to unlock or operate its vehicles or equipment, offering its content as an exclusive paid, donor-only, or VIP benefit, or distributing protected Original Content in a paid product or service.
This restriction does not prohibit general server monetization when the server is officially approved and listed by Bohemia Interactive for monetization and complies with its applicable rules. Examples include donations, paid entry, and priority queue access, provided all players admitted to the server have equal access to the Mod's content without additional payment specifically for that content. If the server loses its monetization approval, this exception ends.
5.2 Use of the Mod as a complete package or its protected Original Content outside Bohemia Interactive products is prohibited.
5.3 These prohibitions do not restrict activities independently authorized by applicable underlying licenses or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
6. REQUESTING PERMISSION
6.1 Any use of protected Original Content not expressly permitted under Section 3 requires prior written authorization from both TandemHEAT and Kali87.
6.2 Permission applies only to the individual, organization, or project for which it was granted and may not be transferred or extended without additional authorization.
6.3 Both owners may jointly designate an authorized representative to grant specific permissions on their behalf.
6.4 Restrictions in Section 5 cannot be waived through permissions granted under this license. Any separate licensing arrangement must be expressly agreed upon by both owners and comply with applicable third-party licenses.
7. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
7.1 The Mod uses the original HMMWV vehicle model provided with Arma Reforger. The underlying model has not been modified. Its meshes, geometry, and other stock assets remain the property of Bohemia Interactive and are subject to Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms.
7.2 The Mod's variants and additional functionality were developed using Arma Reforger Workbench. TandemHEAT and Kali87 claim rights only in their independently copyrightable additions, such as original prefabs, configurations, scripts, materials, textures, effects, and other original work, subject to any applicable underlying rights. Use of Workbench does not itself transfer ownership of Bohemia Interactive assets.
7.3 This license does not restrict anyone from independently using the stock Arma Reforger HMMWV or creating their own variants from Bohemia Interactive assets, provided they comply with Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms and do not copy protected Original Content from this Mod.
7.4 Access to the stock HMMWV does not independently authorize redistribution of this Mod's protected original additions or its complete custom package where the owners hold applicable rights.
7.5 Third-party assets, if any, remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their applicable licenses. This license grants no additional rights to them.
7.6 Where this license conflicts with rights granted under applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party terms, those underlying terms govern the content to which they apply.
8. INITIAL RELEASE AND FUTURE VERSIONS
8.1 This license applies to the Mod's initial public release, version 1.0.0, and subsequent versions unless a later version is published with updated terms.
8.2 Version 1.0.0 is the initial public release; no earlier publicly released versions of this Mod are covered by a previous license.
8.3 Bohemia Interactive and third-party content remains subject to its applicable original license, regardless of the Mod's version.
8.4 New independently copyrightable contributions introduced in future versions are governed by the license published with the applicable version, subject to pre-existing rights and underlying licenses.
9. LICENSE VIOLATIONS
9.1 Any breach of this license automatically terminates permissions granted to the violating party under this license, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.2 Unauthorized redistribution, modification, or misuse of protected Original Content may result in infringement reports to Bohemia Interactive or other applicable platform operators for removal.
9.3 TandemHEAT and Kali87 reserve the right to pursue available remedies for infringement of their intellectual property rights.
9.4 Enforcement of this license does not extend to activities independently permitted under applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party licenses.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
10.1 The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither TandemHEAT nor Kali87 is liable for damages, data loss, server disruption, or other consequences arising from installation, use, or modification of the Mod.
11. LICENSE CHANGES
11.1 Each version of the Mod is governed by the license published with that version, subject to rights previously granted under applicable licenses.
11.2 TandemHEAT and Kali87 may jointly publish updated licensing terms for future versions.
11.3 Changes to licensing terms governing jointly owned Original Content require the agreement of both owners.
11.4 Updated terms do not retroactively revoke permissions already granted under earlier versions or applicable underlying licenses.
