Summary
Adds entities for spawning loot. A static loot spawner and a tiered loot spawner.
Description
Static spawner is used for spawning a single prefab and once it's taken it will respawn after a set delay.
Tiered loot spawner is for spawning from different "lists" of loot (custom conf file). Each "list" has data for the prefab it will spawn. Including probability.
Renamed component used for spawn validation to "ZEL_WorldValidationComponent"
Added TieredLootSpawnerComponent, used for static map objects that have Inventory components to spawn tiered loot into the items storage.
Fixed physical spawning of objects. Was broken by .98. Now when items spawn (specifically clothing items) they will fall to the ground as they are supposed to.
