Find Weed and Coca plants which can be harvested and processed at different stations around the map to increase value.

🩸 Organ Harvesting
The dead don’t rest easy. Players can harvest organs from corpses using Field Scalpel for higher odds.
Sell black-market organs for profit.
Adds a brutal new layer of survival to Outlasted’s economy.
🛡 1 MAIN Safe Zone
Designated area where PvP and damage are disabled.
Use it to trade, regroup, or plan without threat.
Hub of social interaction between survivors.
🍖 Metabolism System
Hunger, thirst, and energy all matter.
Impacts stamina, health, and survival efficiency.
🧟 Zombies & Creatures
The island is swarming with undead and mutated beasts.
Enemy types vary in speed, strength, and aggression.
Provides constant PvE danger alongside human threats.
☠️ Enemy Faction: The Lost Souls
Once survivors, now broken beyond repair — sanity traded for violence.
They don’t scavenge, they don’t barter, they don’t pray.
The Lost Souls exist for one thing only: the kill.
