[WIP] Currently adds 2\3 planned factions, more factions soon!

Adds the following fictional factions: Blackwater PMC with flag and spawnpoint. Čnbs, Czechoslovakian Rebel Group with a few unique units and a few basic squads.

Planning to add: LEA [Local Everon Army], a NATO supported rebel-esc military, maybe a 4th faction??
