1. Scope
1.1 "The Mod" means the BMP-2 mod (6730D59067916E3D), version 1.0.28 and later, as published on the Arma Reforger Workshop by TandemHEAT and Kali87, including all vehicles, equipment, assets, and other content contained within it.
1.2 "Original Content" means the independently copyrightable contributions created for the Mod by TandemHEAT, Kali87, or credited contributors. This includes original and modified 3D geometry, textures, materials, animations, sound configurations, particle effects, scripts, prefabs, configurations, layouts, and associated source files, to the extent that these contributions are independently protected by copyright.
1.3 The Mod incorporates assets derived from Bohemia Interactive's publicly released Arma 2 Sample Models. These underlying assets remain subject to Bohemia Interactive's applicable licenses and are not claimed as the exclusive property of TandemHEAT or Kali87.
1.4 This license governs the Original Content and the distribution of the Mod as a complete package, subject to any rights granted by applicable underlying licenses. Section 7 addresses Bohemia Interactive and third-party content. Section 8 addresses earlier versions.
2. Ownership
2.1 TandemHEAT and Kali87 are joint copyright owners of the Original Content developed and owned jointly by them, subject to any separate ownership agreements or third-party rights.
2.2 Both owners have equal authority over the licensing, distribution, and authorized use of their jointly owned Original Content. Any permission requiring owner approval under this license must be granted by both owners unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2.3 Contributions from other credited developers are included with their permission. Such contributions remain subject to any applicable ownership agreements or licenses.
2.4 The underlying Arma 2 Sample Models and any other Bohemia Interactive-owned assets remain the intellectual property of Bohemia Interactive. Neither TandemHEAT nor Kali87 claims exclusive ownership of these original assets.
3. What You May Do
Without requesting additional permission, you may:
3.1 Download, install, and play the Mod in Arma Reforger.
3.2 Run the Mod on any public or private Arma Reforger server by loading it through the Workshop.
3.3 Capture, publish, and share screenshots, videos, livestreams, and other gameplay media featuring the Mod.
3.4 Publish your own mods that list the Mod as a Workshop dependency, including scenarios, missions, compositions, faction packs, compatibility patches, and add-ons that introduce your own items, decorations, or variants.
These projects may place the Mod's entities, inherit from its prefabs, reference its resources, and call or extend its scripts.
Such projects must not contain, copy, extract, or redistribute protected Original Content from the Mod. Mods that reference the Mod through the Workshop dependency system without redistributing its protected files are permitted.
3.5 Independently obtain and use the original Arma 2 Sample Models in accordance with Bohemia Interactive's applicable licenses. This license does not restrict rights independently granted by Bohemia Interactive.
4. What Requires Written Permission
Without prior written permission from both TandemHEAT and Kali87, you may not, except where independently authorized by an applicable underlying license:
4.1 Reupload, mirror, repack, or otherwise redistribute the complete Mod or its protected Original Content, whether modified or unmodified, on the Workshop or any other platform.
4.2 Extract, copy, port, or reuse protected Original Content in another mod, game, or project, including other Bohemia Interactive titles.
4.3 Create or distribute edited copies of protected Original Content, including modified models, textures, reskins derived from the Mod's textures, altered configurations, or independently distributed "fixed" versions of the Mod's files.
Mods developed through the dependency system described in Section 3.4 are not considered edited copies.
4.4 Use protected Original Content as training material, reference input, or prompts for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, including the generation of derivative assets.
4.5 Remove, alter, or misrepresent copyright notices, creator credits, attribution information, or this license when redistributing content under permissions granted by the owners.
4.6 Represent yourself or another party as an official developer, copyright owner, or authorized distributor of the Mod without permission.
These restrictions apply only to content and activities within the rights controlled by TandemHEAT and Kali87. They do not override applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party licenses.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are prohibited under this license. No exception may be granted under its terms.
5.1 Commercial use of the Mod or its protected Original Content, including direct or indirect monetization.
Prohibited activities include:
• Selling, renting, or licensing access to the Mod or its protected assets.
• Placing the Mod or its protected files behind a paywall.
• Charging players to unlock, access, or operate its vehicles or equipment.
• Offering Mod content as an exclusive paid, donor-only, or VIP benefit.
• Redistributing protected Original Content as part of a commercial product or paid service.
This restriction does not prohibit general server monetization when the server is officially approved and listed by Bohemia Interactive for monetization and complies with its applicable rules.
Examples of permitted general server monetization include donations, paid entry, and priority queue access, provided that all players admitted to the server have equal access to the Mod's content without additional payment specifically for that content.
If the server loses its monetization approval, this exception immediately ends.
5.2 Use of the Mod as a complete package or its protected Original Content outside Bohemia Interactive products is prohibited.
5.3 These prohibitions do not restrict activities independently authorized by applicable underlying licenses or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
6. Requesting Permission
6.1 Any use of protected Original Content not expressly permitted under Section 3 requires prior written authorization from both TandemHEAT and Kali87.
6.2 Permission applies exclusively to the individual, organization, or project for which it was granted and may not be transferred or extended to other parties without additional authorization.
6.3 Both owners may jointly designate an authorized representative to grant specific permissions on their behalf.
6.4 The restrictions established in Section 5 cannot be waived through permissions granted under this license. Any separate licensing arrangement must be expressly agreed upon by both owners and must comply with applicable third-party licenses.
7. Bohemia Interactive and Third-Party Content
7.1 The Mod incorporates a substantially modified version of the BMP-2 model originally released by Bohemia Interactive as part of the Arma 2 Sample Models package.
The original model and any associated Bohemia Interactive assets remain the intellectual property of Bohemia Interactive and are governed by their applicable licenses.
7.2 TandemHEAT and Kali87 have extensively modified, adapted, and expanded the original model for use in Arma Reforger. Their independently copyrightable contributions, including newly created geometry, textures, materials, animations, scripts, configurations, and other original assets, are protected under this license, subject to rights applicable to the underlying content.
7.3 This license does not restrict the independent use, modification, or redistribution of the original Arma 2 Sample Models obtained from Bohemia Interactive or other authorized sources, provided such activities comply with Bohemia Interactive's applicable licensing terms.
7.4 The public availability of the original Arma 2 Sample Models does not independently grant permission to redistribute the complete BMP-2 Mod or reuse the separately protected original contributions of TandemHEAT and Kali87.
7.5 Any third-party assets incorporated into the Mod remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their applicable licenses. This license grants no additional rights to such content.
7.6 Where the terms of this license conflict with rights granted under an applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party license, the underlying license governs the content to which it applies.
7.7 The original Arma 2 Sample Models are publicly available through Bohemia Interactive's official documentation:

8. Earlier Versions
8.1 This license applies to version 1.0.28 and all subsequent versions of the Mod, including new Original Content introduced in those releases.
8.2 Versions published before 1.0.28 remain subject to the licenses under which they were originally released. This license does not retroactively revoke permissions validly granted under those earlier licenses.
8.3 Content originating from earlier versions remains subject to any rights previously granted under its original license. New independently copyrightable contributions introduced in version 1.0.28 or later are governed by this license, subject to any applicable underlying rights.
8.4 Bohemia Interactive-owned content derived from the Arma 2 Sample Models remains subject to its original applicable license regardless of the Mod's version.
9. License Violations
9.1 Any breach of this license automatically terminates the permissions granted to the violating party under this license, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.2 Unauthorized redistribution, modification, or misuse of protected Original Content may result in infringement reports being submitted to Bohemia Interactive or other applicable platform operators for removal.
9.3 TandemHEAT and Kali87 reserve the right to pursue available remedies for infringement of their intellectual property rights.
9.4 Enforcement of this license does not extend to activities independently permitted under applicable Bohemia Interactive or third-party licenses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
10.1 The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither TandemHEAT nor Kali87 shall be liable for damages, data loss, server disruption, or other consequences arising from the installation, use, or modification of the Mod.
11. License Changes
11.1 Each version of the Mod is governed by the license published with that version, subject to rights previously granted under applicable licenses.
11.2 TandemHEAT and Kali87 may jointly publish updated licensing terms for future versions.
11.3 Changes to the licensing terms governing their jointly owned Original Content require the agreement of both owners.
11.4 Updated terms do not retroactively revoke permissions already granted under earlier versions or applicable underlying licenses.
