Description
Staticy white noise audio bug fixed!
Allows you to cut down fences and barbed wire when the wirecutter item is equpped in your hand. Plays (annoying) fence cutting and rattling sounds when in use.
Available in both US and USSR arsenals.
Different cutting times depending how flimsy the fence is.
Will try to implement spawning of broken models in place of the old ones in the future, but for now this works.
