STAKEOUT changes:
- Mission SO_Bakhmut_Conflict: name "STAKEOUT Bakhmut", author STAKEOUT, own loading screen and preview
- Flags, faction icons, faction-select cards and INDFOR (STAKEOUT Operational Force) textures replaced with STAKEOUT artwork
- Bacon Loadout Editor gun-builder test component not included (Bacon licence); the original Bacon mod is used
- All LG_/LUCKY_/LMF identifiers, files and folders renamed to the STAKEOUT (SO_) prefix
- New resource GUIDs for own resources; overrides of vanilla/third-party resources keep original GUIDs
