Override all factions from the Vanilla with the US military, the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN), the Viet Cong and the Viet Civilian.

Description
Current Project Progress:
- US Military Faction Progress: 40% (AI Not ready)
- PAVN Faction Progress: 10% (Not ready)
- VC Faction Progress: 90% (Ready)
Known Issue:
- The EntityCatalog.conf from the "Charlies PAVN Pack Mod" completely replaced the vanilla EntityCatalog.conf, causing other mods that override on the vanilla EntityCatalog.conf to no working, I have since restored the vanilla EntityCatalog.conf.
- In the Enfusion test scenario, individual and grouped enemy units for both the PAVN and VC spawn correctly. However, after loading the mod on a server and testing the PAVN and VC groups, I found that the group size was zero and no enemy unit entities were spawn. (I have performed standard troubleshooting.)
- Please do not use ArmaConflict mods related to Vietnam; there may be potential conflicts, and the server might not be able to load them simultaneously.
- Currently, the PAVN and the VC arsenal is missing certain weapons; this situation will be addressed in the future.
- Bohemia Interactive introduced a bug related to the `EntityCatalog` in game version 1.7; if too many mods attempt to write to or overwrite the same `EntityCatalog` (which almost all mods do), it causes the server to crash or enter a restart loop. This issue is unrelated to this mod; I have minimized dependencies as much as possible to ensure the mod loads and functions correctly alongside others on a server. If you encounter this problem while using the mod—and the logs show no critical errors—then you are facing this specific bug. I reiterate that this issue is not caused by this mod. As a server owner, your options are to remove all mods or limit yourself to using only a few. In fact, it is impossible for Bohemia Interactive to release a fix for this bug in the short term.
The arsenal adjustments description:
- Removed all 30-round magazines.
- Disabled individual radios.
- Increased the cost and rank requirements for maps.
- only the commander can use paper maps.
- Added M26 hand grenades and M34 white phosphorus grenades.
- Disabled M67 hand grenades.
The override factions description (WIP):
- U.S. Army infantry have now adopted equipment configurations from the 1960s. The gear of U.S. Special Forces has also been adjusted to replicate the appearance of MACV-SOG (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam – Studies and Observations Group).
- The former Soviet (USSR) faction has been replaced by the Vietnam People's Army (PAVN): regular infantry wear green uniforms, KLMK infantry wear tan uniforms, and the Marines consist of reservists equipped with older weaponry; Soviet special forces have been replaced by Vietnamese special operations troops (*Đặc Công*).
- The FIA faction has been replaced by the Viet Cong, faithfully recreating the classic guerrilla look—clad in foliage and armed with the SKS.
- Ordinary civilians have been replaced by Vietnamese civilians, dressed simply, some wearing bamboo hats, others carrying bamboo baskets on their backs.
