Description
This is a mod to be dependency of ToH ReCharacters and ToH ReCharacters Camo. Thanks to this mod we can make the faces of the USSR, FIA and CIV factions look only Asian, with a variety of 19 + 19 faces camouflaged with mud and dirt. The CIV faction has no camouflaged versions. I hope you like it and enjoy it as much as I do.
