Custom Gear Slots

Custom equipment slot resource for IWPG and AC servers, basically same as ZEL_Characters but with less overall slots and under a do whatever you want license (modify / monetize / whatever). 

For anyone getting any funny ideas adding custom equipment slots is trivial and only requires a conf override, some class defs and to add those classes to a character (Character_Base.et)
