Thin shim addon. Hosts modded-class blocks that re-assert NCM_ConflictCore's contracts (specifically `SCR_CampaignMilitaryBaseComponent.OnFactionChanged` post-super work) regardless of how Reforger resolves sibling addon load order between NCM_ConflictCore and the IPC mods.
Loaded transitively by NCM_Scenarios. Not for standalone subscription — has no player-facing content.
