Description
Keeps factions roughly even during a round. The mod hooks the respawn flow and uses NCM_Common's faction helpers to redirect players when one side gets too lopsided. Requires NCM_Common. If you subscribed to NCM_ConflictRebirth_Internal, that is already pulled in.
