1. DEFINITIONS
"Work" — the addon NRB_Pisky and every file in it: worlds, layers, prefabs, configs, scripts, meshes, textures, materials, terrain, navmesh, metadata, packed output, and any part of these.
"Author" — LazyFox, sole rights holder. "You" — anyone who downloads, installs, uses or hosts the Work, and any community you act for.
"Distribute" — publish, upload, reupload, share, mirror, bundle, transmit, sublicense or make available to a third party by any means, public or private: Workshop, Git, modpacks, torrents, file hosts, installers, direct transfer.
"Modify" / "Derivative" — override, inherit from, alter, adapt, edit, retexture, extract, decompile, reverse engineer, convert, port, merge, repackage or derive from any part of the Work. This expressly includes publishing a separate addon that depends on the Work and overrides, replaces, disables or hides any of its assets, prefabs, configs or resources, by GUID or otherwise.
2. GRANT
Revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to: (a) download and install the Work via the official Workshop, for use only in Bohemia Interactive Arma products; (b) play on the Author's official server, or a server holding written hosting permission; (c) publish videos, streams and screenshots of the Work; (d) Modify the Work for private, local use on your own hardware, provided nothing you make is Distributed and you publish no package or patch containing any part of the Work. No other rights are granted.
3. HOSTING
The Work is published for the Author's official server, NO ROAD BACK (NRB). Hosting on any other server requires prior written permission. Such permission is personal, non-transferable, does not pass to successors or affiliated or rebranded groups, and covers the unmodified Work only. An unauthorised server must remove the Work at once on notice. Circumvention via alt accounts, front uploads, renamed servers, proxies or third-party hosting is a breach.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Except as Section 2 allows, you may NOT: (a) Distribute the Work or any part of it, modified or not, including reuploading to the Workshop under another account; (b) Distribute any Derivative, including ports, forks and "fixed", "rebalanced" or "compatibility" builds; (c) include the Work in any modpack, bundle, installer or server pack; (d) extract or reuse any asset, mesh, texture, material, prefab, script, terrain or config in another Distributed work; (e) publish a dependent addon that overrides, disables or alters any part of the Work; (f) remove or alter any authorship marking, signage, file or folder name, resource GUID, mesh or material name, or metadata identifying the Work or Author; (g) claim authorship or endorsement.
5. NON-COMMERCIAL (mandatory under the Workshop Terms of Use)
No commercial use of any kind. No direct or indirect monetisation: paid or priority access, sale of in-game items, currency, perks, cosmetics, ranks or progression, donation-gated access or donation rewards tied to any in-game benefit, paid whitelisting, paywalls, advertising revenue. Approval of a monetisation scheme by Bohemia Interactive does not exempt you. No use outside Bohemia Interactive products; no porting to another game or engine. No use for military training or any real-world operational purpose.
6. PERMISSION REQUESTS
Request in advance via the contact below, stating your identity, what you intend to do, where you will publish or host, and whether money is involved. Permission exists only on clear written approval — silence is NOT permission. It covers no other purpose, party or server, and may be withdrawn.
7. TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Any breach terminates your permissions immediately. Within 72 hours you must cease all use, hosting and distribution, remove the Work from every server, host, repository and installation you control, and destroy all copies, Modifications and extracted assets, except where law requires retention. The Author may pursue any remedy at law or in equity, including takedown notices, reports to Bohemia Interactive for Workshop removal, and civil action.
8. GENERAL
The Work is licensed, not sold; the Author keeps full ownership and copyright. Third-party addons the Work depends on stay the property of their rights holders under their own licenses, which you must also obey. Nothing here limits the functioning of the Workshop or conflicts with the Workshop Terms of Use, the Arma Reforger EULA or the Tools EULA; on conflict the Bohemia document prevails and the conflicting term is severed. THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND; TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES FROM ITS USE. English is authoritative.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Work" means the Arma Reforger addon(s) published by the Author under the
name NRB_Pisky, including without limitation: world files (.ent),
layer files (.layer), prefabs (.et), configuration files (.conf), scripts,
meshes (.xob, .fbx), textures (.edds, .png, .tga), materials (.emat),
terrain data, satellite and normal maps, navmesh data, localization files,
metadata (.meta), packed and bundled outputs, and any part or portion of
the foregoing.
1.2 "Author" means the original creator and rights holder of the Work,
LazyFox.
1.3 "You" / "Your" means any person or entity who downloads, installs, uses,
hosts, or otherwise accesses the Work, including any community, clan,
server group, or organization on whose behalf You act.
1.4 "Distribute" / "Redistribute" means to publish, upload, reupload, share,
provide, mirror, bundle, transmit, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make
available to any third party by any means, public or private, including via
the Arma Reforger Workshop, Git repositories, modpacks, torrents, file
hosts, cloud storage, installers, automation pipelines, direct transfers,
or servers.
1.5 "Modify" / "Derivative" means to override, inherit from, extend, alter,
adapt, translate, edit, retexture, remodel, extract, decompile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, convert, port, merge, repackage, or create a derivative
work from any portion of the Work. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes
creating a separate addon that declares a dependency on the Work and
overrides, replaces, disables, hides, or otherwise alters any asset,
entity, prefab, configuration, or resource of the Work by GUID or by any
other means.
1.6 "Official Server" means an Arma Reforger server operated by the Author, or
operated by a party holding a current written hosting permission from the
Author under Section 3.
1.7 "Affiliates" means, without limitation: associated server brands, pages,
sister communities, partner networks, successor groups, rebranded groups,
entities under common ownership or control, and any server operated by
staff or administrators of a community where that community materially
participates in its management.

2. GRANT OF PERMISSION

Subject to full and continuing compliance with this License, the Author grants
You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable permission
to:
2.1 Download and install the Work through the official Arma Reforger Workshop,
for use only within Bohemia Interactive's Arma products and platforms.
2.2 Run the Work as a client in order to connect to and play on an Official
Server.
2.3 Produce and publish videos, live streams, screenshots, and similar media
featuring the Work, provided that such media does not itself constitute
Distribution of the Work or of any part of it. No permission or credit is
required for this, though credit is appreciated.
2.4 Modify the Work strictly for private, local, non-networked use on hardware
under Your sole control, provided that:
(a) You do not Distribute the modified Work or any part of it to any
person by any means; and
(b) You do not publish any package, installer, repository, or "patch"
that contains or effectively redistributes any portion of the Work.
No other rights are granted. Any right not expressly granted is reserved by the
Author.

3. HOSTING

3.1 The Work is published for use on the Author's official server(s), currently
operating under the name:

3.2 The Work may be hosted, deployed, or run on any other dedicated or listen
server only by a party holding prior explicit written permission from the
Author, obtained through the procedure in Section 8.
3.3 Hosting permission is personal to the party it is granted to. It is not
transferable, does not pass to successors, and does not extend to
Affiliates.
3.4 Hosting permission is granted for the unmodified Work only. Hosting a
Modified or Derivative version is prohibited regardless of any hosting
permission held.
3.5 Any server hosting the Work without permission under this Section must
remove it immediately upon notice from the Author.

4. EXCLUDED PARTIES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.1 The Author may designate specific individuals, communities, or server
groups as Excluded Parties. The current list is maintained on the Work's
official Workshop page and, where applicable, in this Section.
Current Excluded Parties: none at this time.
4.2 Excluded Parties and their Affiliates are granted no permission whatsoever
to host the Work on any server, to deliver it to server clients by any
method, or to include it in any server pack, repository, installer, or
automation pipeline.
4.3 Circumvention is a breach of this License. This includes, without
limitation, use of alternate accounts, third-party front uploads or
hosting, renamed or rebranded servers, mirrors, proxies, launcher packs,
or arranging for another party to host on an Excluded Party's behalf.
4.4 Any use of the Work by an Excluded Party immediately terminates all
permissions that might otherwise apply under this License.
4.5 A server operator who unknowingly participates in an Excluded Party's
network must remove the Work immediately upon notice.

5. RESTRICTIONS

Except as expressly permitted in Section 2, You may NOT:
5.1 Distribute or Redistribute the Work or any part of it, modified or
unmodified, in any form, by any means, on any platform, including
reuploading it to the Arma Reforger Workshop under any account other than
the Author's.
5.2 Distribute any Modified version of the Work or any Derivative of it. This
includes ports, conversions, forks, and versions presented as "fixed",
"rebalanced", "optimized", "updated", or "compatibility" builds, where any
portion of the Work is included or required.
5.3 Include the Work or any part of it in any modpack, bundle, collection,
installer, server pack, or compilation involving Redistribution.
5.4 Extract, isolate, or reuse any asset, mesh, texture, material, prefab,
script, terrain, or configuration from the Work in any other project,
addon, map, or mod that is Distributed.
5.5 Publish a separate addon that declares a dependency on the Work and
overrides, replaces, disables, hides, or otherwise alters any part of it,
as described in Section 1.5.
5.6 Remove, obscure, alter, or replace any authorship marking, signage,
watermark, file name, folder structure, resource GUID, mesh name, material
name, or metadata that identifies the Work or the Author.
5.7 Claim authorship of the Work or any part of it, or claim any affiliation,
endorsement, partnership, or official status with the Author without prior
explicit written permission.
5.8 Use the Work in a manner that is unlawful, or that promotes hatred,
harassment, or violence against any person or group.

6. NON-COMMERCIAL USE AND MONETIZATION — MANDATORY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following provisions are required by the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of
Use and apply without exception:
6.1 The Work may NOT be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
6.2 Any direct or indirect monetization of the Work is expressly PROHIBITED.
This includes, without limitation: charging for access to or priority on a
server running the Work; selling in-game items, currency, perks, cosmetics,
ranks, or progression on such a server; donation-reward schemes tied to any
in-game benefit; donation-gated access; subscription tiers granting in-game
advantage; paid whitelisting; paywalls; and advertising revenue derived
from the Work.
6.3 Approval of a monetization scheme by Bohemia Interactive, whether
server-side or addon-side, does NOT exempt You from this Section.
6.4 The Work may NOT be used outside the products of Bohemia Interactive. It is
provided exclusively for use with Arma Reforger and must not be ported,
converted, or used in any other game, engine, simulation, or application.
6.5 The Work must NOT be used for military training or any real-world
operational purpose.

7. WORKSHOP COMPATIBILITY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.1 Nothing in this License shall be construed to limit the functioning of the
Arma Reforger Workshop or to conflict with the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms
of Use, the Arma Reforger End User License Agreement, or the Arma Reforger
Tools EULA.
7.2 The Author grants Bohemia Interactive the permissions necessary to host,
store, distribute, and deliver the Work through the Arma Reforger Workshop
to end users, as required by the Workshop Terms of Use.
7.3 In the event of a conflict between this License and any Bohemia Interactive
document referenced in Section 7.1, the Bohemia Interactive document
prevails to the extent of the conflict, and the conflicting provision of
this License is severed without affecting the remainder.

8. PERMISSION REQUESTS

8.1 Any activity requiring written permission under this License — hosting
under Section 3, or Modification or Distribution under Section 5 — must be
requested in advance using the contact details in Section 15.
8.2 A request must state:
(a) Your identity, including the handle You use on the contact platform;
(b) exactly what You intend to do;
(c) where You intend to publish, host, or distribute;
(d) whether any portion of the Work will be included or required; and
(e) whether any monetization of any kind is involved.
8.3 Permission exists only where You have received a clear written approval
from the Author. Silence, absence of reply, or lack of enforcement is NOT
permission and must not be relied upon.
8.4 Permission granted for one purpose does not extend to any other purpose,
party, project, or server.
8.5 The Author may withdraw any permission at any time by written notice, upon
which Section 12.3 applies to the withdrawn activity.

9. ATTRIBUTION

9.1 Where the Author grants permission to host, Modify, or Distribute, You must
credit the Author in the manner specified in the permission grant, and link
to the Work's official Workshop page if the Author requests it.
9.2 Attribution alone does not constitute permission and does not cure any
breach of this License.

10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10.1 The Work may depend on, reference, or interoperate with third-party addons
published by other authors. Such third-party content remains the property
of its respective rights holders and is governed by its own license.
10.2 This License applies solely to original content created by the Author. It
grants no rights whatsoever in third-party content.
10.3 You are responsible for complying with the licenses of all third-party
addons required to run the Work.

11. OWNERSHIP

11.1 The Work is licensed, not sold. The Author retains full ownership of and
copyright in the Work. This License grants permission only and transfers
no title, ownership, or intellectual property right.
11.2 Publication of the Work to the Arma Reforger Workshop does not relinquish
the Author's rights as a creator.

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Any breach of this License terminates Your permissions automatically and
immediately, without notice.
12.2 The Author may additionally terminate this License as to You at any time,
for any reason or no reason, by any reasonable means of notice, including
a public announcement on the Work's official Workshop page.
12.3 Upon termination You shall, within seventy-two (72) hours: cease all use,
hosting, and distribution of the Work; remove the Work from every server,
host, repository, mirror, modpack, and installation under Your control;
and destroy all copies, Modifications, and extracted assets in Your
possession or control, except where retention is required by law.
12.4 Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, 8.3, 9, 10, 11, 12.3, 13, 14, and 15 survive
termination.

13. ENFORCEMENT

13.1 The Author may pursue any remedy available at law or in equity for
violations of this License, including takedown notices under applicable
copyright frameworks, reports to Bohemia Interactive, and civil action.
13.2 The Author reserves the right to report unauthorized modification,
redistribution, or reupload of the Work to Bohemia Interactive for review
and removal from the Arma Reforger Workshop.
13.3 Failure or delay by the Author in enforcing any provision is not a waiver
of that provision or of any other.

PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY
ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER
DEALINGS IN THE WORK.
