This notice governs all mods ("Mod" or "Mods") published by Toste Studios and created by El toste 77 ("Author", "Creator").
1. No License Granted All Mods are the exclusive intellectual property of Toste Studios. No license, right, or permission of any kind is granted to any individual, group, community, or entity to download, install, access, use, host, modify, redistribute, or derive any benefit from this Mod or any portion thereof. All rights are reserved in their entirety.
2. Prohibited Uses The following are expressly prohibited for all parties without exception: personal or commercial use; server hosting (private or public); modification or creation of derivative works; redistribution in any form, including mod packs or collections; monetization of any kind; and linking to, referencing, or incorporating this Mod into any project.
