This notice governs all mods ("Mod" or "Mods") published by Toste Studios and created by El toste 77 ("Author", "Creator").
1. No License Granted All Mods are the exclusive intellectual property of Toste Studios. No license, right, or permission of any kind is granted to any individual, group, community, or entity to download, install, access, use, host, modify, redistribute, or derive any benefit from this Mod or any portion thereof. All rights are reserved in their entirety.
2. Prohibited Uses The following are expressly prohibited for all parties without exception: personal or commercial use; server hosting (private or public); modification or creation of derivative works; redistribution in any form, including mod packs or collections; monetization of any kind; and linking to, referencing, or incorporating this Mod into any project.
3. No Exceptions No community, individual, server operator, or organization is permitted to use this Mod under any circumstances. This prohibition is absolute and applies regardless of intent, prior use, or relationship with Toste Studios.
4. Termination Any unauthorized use constitutes an immediate violation of the Author's intellectual property rights and must cease immediately. All copies must be deleted upon becoming aware of this notice.
5. Reservation of Rights All rights not expressly granted are reserved — and as no rights are granted, all rights in their entirety are retained by Toste Studios.
6. Acceptance By having accessed or downloaded this Mod, you acknowledge this notice and agree to immediately cease all use and delete all copies.
