Tasks Timer pause near objectives — Active task countdowns pause while any player is within 800 m of the objective. Prevents tasks expiring while players are en route or on scene. Configurable via COIN_TaskManager.m_fTaskTimerPauseRadius (set to 0 to disable). Fuel cache fail despawn — When a cache task fails (timer or abandon), props are removed immediately and retried until confirmed gone. Fixes inactive fuel pallets left behind after a task ended. Failed tasks no longer defer cleanup based on player proximity. Campaign / Victory Victory restart grace period — After all victory conditions are met, the server waits 15 seconds before announcing victory and starting the 120-second restart countdown. Configurable via COIN_SectorManager.m_iVictorySequenceStartDelaySeconds.

Spawning & sector combat Safe infantry spawning — New COIN_InfantrySpawnClearance checks ground traces, geometry, slope, and blocking entities before placing squads. Garrison and task spawns use it instead of raw surface height, so troops are much less likely to spawn inside rocks. Phase 1 stuck-garrison fallback — Every 30s during Phase 1, if enemies are below player count and fewer than 3 hostiles remain, remaining garrison troops are killed (not despawned) and capture advances to QRF. Covers troops stuck in inaccessible geometry after most of the garrison is cleared. Save / persistence Ammunition & supply depot persistence — Save/restore now searches composition linked children (not just the entity hierarchy) for arsenal, resource, support station, and supply amount state. Composition load timing was fixed so state applies even when linked children spawn before the restore callback registers. Supply amount & support station state — New save fields for depot supply levels and enabled/disabled support stations. Helicopter patrols Combat hold restricted — Helicopters only freeze for gunner engagement when inside a sector that is actively in combat. Mid-transit contact no longer leaves them hovering in open terrain. Slower in-sector flight — Reinforcing/orbiting/hovering in combat sectors runs at 50% cruise speed (configurable); transit between sectors stays full speed. Friendly assist RTB cycle — Friendly helis assist for up to 5 minutes, RTB to nearest friendly military base, wait 5 minutes, then resume patrol or re-assist. Fuel / engine handling — Patrol fuel consumption can be disabled; low fuel or engine shutdown triggers RTB and respawn instead of the heli dying mid-patrol. Convoy tasks (uncommitted) Stay mobile under fire — Drivers and passengers suppress combat and keep sprint movement; turret gunners can still return fire. Destination waypoint is re-applied if combat clears it before the convoy reaches the checkpoint.

Convoy crews — Convoy task troops are locked in their vehicles and re-boarded if they somehow get out. QRF vehicle crews — QRF vehicle troops stay mounted the same way and can’t voluntarily dismount. QRF vehicle routing — QRF vehicles drive into the sector center first, then hunt players only once they’re inside town. QRF vehicle crew spawning — QRF vehicles use default occupant spawning (like helicopters) so pilots and turret gunners fill correctly on BMPs. QRF crew logging — Crew fill logs wait until boarding finishes, so you no longer get false 0/3 messages. Helicopter crew logging — Helicopter patrols use the same deferred crew fill logging fix.

Tasks & messaging Removed redundant "Task failed" suffix from side-task failure broadcasts. Shortened roadblock failure message text. Convoy intercept failures now say the convoy reached its destination instead of a generic failure line. Convoy map markers now show one icon per vehicle and hide when that vehicle's crew is wiped out. Civilian penalty broadcasts now use an "OPCOM:" prefix. IEDs Inert IEDs are now effectively invulnerable and no longer take damage. Fixed inert IEDs clipping through terrain when run over. Combat & QRF Garrison and QRF rebalance: stronger assault flow, better targeting, and tighter spawn logic. QRF now sends two vehicles when players bring vehicles to an assault. QRF infantry/vehicle spawns restored to perimeter roads; player hunt limited to sector boundary + 50 m. FOB & counterattacks Sector and global counterattack timers pause while living players are inside FOB sectors. Requires all living players in the FOB to be present for the pause (not just one). Helicopter patrols (new system) Added friendly and enemy helicopter patrols with scripted flight, map markers, and kill rewards. 50% chance of friendly heli reinforcement during player assaults. Patrol behavior: terrain-following altitude, smooth turns/banking, combat hold, sector-edge orbit, and proximity combat dispatch. Helicopters neutralize on crew wipe or fire/explosion; rotor-loss physics crash added. Dedicated heli map icon; vanilla armed helicopter prefabs and default crew occupants. Roadblocks Roadblock tasks now despawn reliably when the task ends (no orphaned entities). Swapped task target to USSR checkpoint composition with improved curve placement. Guards get a defend order at checkpoint center; completion requires guard elimination only. Roadblocks and traffic no longer share the same road spawn nodes. Reduced checkpoint objective log spam. Hideouts Fixed USSR2 hideout prefab meta path and aligned trigger shape/colors with USSR1 template. Renamed all hideouts from NATO codenames to geographic Anizay names (e.g. Naudeh East, Riqay Pass, Mezenti Pass). Added save migration so in-progress campaigns keep hideout active/discovered/destroyed state after the rename. Misc MP destruction manager duplicate fix. Continued faction-aware traffic spawn/destination rules across several merges.
