# End User License Agreement
## Creative Commons
All content in this distribution is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International License.
Distribution of this package's content, either alone or as part of another package, via the Arma Reforger Workshop is strictly limited to **Protocol Delta LLC**.
You may NOT use this material for commercial purposes. This includes running the package on servers that engage in monetization practices, including but not limited to donation-reward systems. Approval of monetization by Bohemia Interactive does not override this EULA’s restrictions.
This add-on is intended solely for Arma Reforger and may not be used for any form of military training.
There will be no individual permissions outside the scope of this EULA.
**Protocol Delta LLC** retains the right to waive any of these conditions at its discretion.
## Derivative Content
Derivative content includes any modifications based on assets from this package, including but not limited to re-textures or dependency mods that use or modify existing files.
In general, **Protocol Delta LLC** chooses to tolerate derivative mods based on our original content, provided they do not damage our reputation, promote illegal or immoral activities (such as terrorism, extremism, pornography, or nudity), or otherwise violate this EULA.
However, under our Non-Derivatives End User License, we reserve the right to enforce our restrictions to protect our intellectual property, at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion, and in accordance with this EULA and/or at the request of **Protocol Delta LLC** members or authors.
To be tolerated, derivative content must adhere to the following rules:
* Any commercial modding avenues using this content are strictly prohibited.
* All derivative/dependency mods must be publicly published (unlisted derivative/dependency mods are NOT allowed).
* All derivative content must carry a similar non-derivative license (such as BI’s APL-ND).
* All derivative content must include a link to this EULA page in its description.
Any breach of these rules will automatically trigger enforcement of the non-derivative clause, and the derivative mod will be subject to removal from Bohemia Interactive’s Workbench.
## No Depiction of Ongoing Wars
We, **Protocol Delta LLC**, do NOT condone any real-world wars, past, present, or future.
Any depiction of the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine using any of our assets is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes, but is not limited to, Russian war markings (Z, O, V, etc.) and Ukrainian war markings on existing or future assets.
Similarly, any depiction of the ongoing conflict between Israeli forces and Palestine using our assets is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
There will be no exceptions.
Under our non-derivative license, we will take all necessary legal action to protect our content and community from such use, including takedown notices, cease & desist orders, and requesting removal from Bohemia Interactive platforms.
# No Monetization
We have a strict NO monetization policy for our content for Arma Reforger.
Any exchange of money for in-game access, perks, or items is considered a violation of the non-commercial clause of this EULA.
Examples of prohibited monetization practices include, but are not limited to:
* Charging players for access or priority in connecting to a server
* Selling in-game perks, items, or currency
* Product placement or endorsements
* Soliciting donations with promised in-game rewards (perks, items, or currency)
