It is 2005.  The world is a dumpster fire.  Ever since the limited nuclear exchange in 1985 (the "Flashpoint Crisis"), the world order has been rapidly deteriorating.  The Soviet Union, having survived its collapse in 1991 thanks to a well-timed coup by hardliners, continues to oppress millions across Europe and Asia, and seeks to expand its influence through the establishment of puppet states around the world.

On the eastern edge of the Green Sea, the Republic of Corbec is one of the last stable democracies in the region.  Aligned with the battered and bruised NATO nations of the west, Corbec, a former French colony, clings to its independence with bloody hands.  If they can't maintain territorial soverignty at home while simultaneously building alliances abroad, then surely this tiny nation, barely a century old, will perish under the weight of the assaults that are sure to come.

A simple US replacer, compatible with most game modes.  Built primarily for servers used by the 1st Para-Hussars, a tactical realism community that focuses on storytelling and building deep, immersive alternate histories.
