0.0.30: Added MK48

-> Added dependency for the MK48 by BravoFiveNine
-> Created 2 new prefabs for MK48 that can be assembled on the ground and dirt mound/sandbag
-> Created 4 new prefabs for the MK48. Prefabs are tripod, dirt mound, sandbag. Last prefeb is to ensure the correct items are returned.

-> Created a new prefab for a M240B_Dual_Setup that has actions to assemble ground and mound
-> Updated grounded and mound M240 prefabs to return new M240B_Dual_Setup prefabs
-> Updated StaticWeaponBagComponent.c for additional varibles for ground and mound prefabs + hieghts. 
-> Created AssembleWeaponMountAction.c as the second action. 
-> Updated ClientStaticWeaponComponent.c to track the correct prefab when spawning

-> Updated M2H prefab to remove clipping

There's a few things I changed during the testing and I can't remember everything (I neglected using git) 
-> Updated AssembleWeaponAction.c, ClientStaticWeaponComponent.c and StaticWeaponBagComponent.c to fix errors with the changes I've made. 
-> Updated the same scripts to ensure placed static weapons are at the correct hieght, facing the correct direction (based off your char direction) and snapped to terrain angle. 
-> Updated the GameComponents to add more options, some is not being used yet. 
-> Removed the requirement for char not moving when showing action items.
