Kolguyev Update
 - Kolguyev map scenario by default, Everon will be returning shortly and other maps to follow
 - Ability to build Stash Boxes and Spawn Antennas from Radio Backpacks temporarily removed, working on re-adding them now
 - Traders and banking removed temporarily, will be returning better than ever soon
 - Almost a complete rewrite of the mod for compatibility with new vanilla persistence system instead of EPF, almost all dependency mods are removed
 - As a side-effect of being updated for the new persistence system, pretty much everything should be persisted now including things that weren't with EPF like supplies stored in any Conflict base buildings
 - New Loot spawning system, should have better scarcity of high value loot (no more fully kitted guns in the first box you check)
 - New SCAV spawning system, they should now spawn more clustered around major cities and towns
