- Fix: Replicating issue while moving items to vehicle trunk (Mobile Spawn, Weapons)
- Fix: Possible Server crash while moving a Mobile Spawn without player to a vehicle

- Tweak: AI Pilot of attack helicopters now have a 50% damage reduction (it was to easy to shot down a helo)

- Tweak: Civilian kill will always notice, even if max. kills is disabled on GameMode
