1.0.58
Expands Kimi K3 response acceptance to ordinary faction residents. Adds durable initial resident profile synchronization followed by compact acknowledged profile references while sending current needs, memories, evidence and offered actions on each event. Missing profiles resync on the next event. Resident intentions remain subject to native validation; optional missing-capability requests enter a development queue and do not execute code. Connected-player acceptance remains required.

Carries the current 1.0.56 Mara reasoning repairs into the Walmart and custody update. Adds eight distinct Walmart shopper appearances and eight trader-attendant appearances while retaining the six-shopper and seven-trader caps. Improves trader interaction prompts and civilian equipment application. Repairs production custody-cell bootstrap so the guarded four-faction jail authoring path can run outside private test mode. Includes the tested custody, escort, release, and restart-persistence code; connected-player acceptance remains required on the test server.

1.0.52
Last Survivors 1.0.52 Resident model reasoning now proceeds through the relay when a stale roster transaction prevents the pre-dispatch full snapshot. Requests remain uniquely identified and relay-deduplicated, while the in-memory cooldown prevents bursts in the running session.

1.0.51
Resident AI reasoning reliability: preserves the original bounded decision ticket and retries a transient roster admission checkpoint instead of immediately discarding the model request. Provider dispatch still requires a verified durable cooldown save, and persistent failures remain bounded by the existing 90-second expiry.

1.0.50
Last Survivors 1.0.50 - Moves the hungry-at-home supply-search decision into the resident reasoning loop. - The opportunity no longer waits for the shared expedition run to become idle. - Mara is considered first when she is eligible; another eligible resident can use the same bounded path. - Provider approval starts native scavenging only when current movement and safety ownership allow it. - No destination, inventory item, discovery, or successful outcome is invented.

1.0.42
Last Survivors 1.0.42: combined resident survival and community update. Integrates the reviewed resident survival, supply acquisition, economy, shared-cache, practical-work, relationship, crime, captivity, welfare and rescue code. Preserves event provenance, persistent identity and memory, bounded scheduling, and the existing provider billing controls. Includes player harm observation, starter-equipment and contextual briefing updates, with truthful activity and blocked-outcome telemetry. Vehicle supplies remain physically carried by residents. The experimental native-to-EPF trunk persistence bridge and all private cargo/configuration diagnostics are excluded. Microphone conversations and Maple integration are outside this release. Existing feature activation gates remain unchanged. Compilation passed; complete live gameplay and restart acceptance for every feature is not claimed.

Last Survivors 1.0.41: scoped resident-state and recovery update. Connects persistent, observed inner-state causes to bounded social choices and records truthful blocked outcomes. Adds safe low-energy home recovery and preserves current inventory, care, community-work and player-attention ownership before voluntary movement. Existing persona, original resident identity, leases, provider caps and event cadence remain in place. Includes staged resident purchase, finite merchant and durable journal code with production commerce and merchant placement gates OFF. No autonomous commerce, complete food crew, vehicle travel, barter or full GM graph persistence claim is made. Private purchase/causal acceptance overlays and diagnostic bodies/items are excluded from the production projection. Existing optional succession, barter and vehicle activation gates remain unchanged.

1.0.40
Last Survivors 1.0.40 Corrects resident food approach and arrival handling, adds a bounded explanation when a proposed food run cannot approach a contact, and restricts rest selection to locations where recovery can occur. Adds community continuity bookkeeping and native-resident automatic save ownership safeguards while preserving existing resident identities, inventories and world history. Integrates limited prospective persistence for the specifically supported childless GM decorations and barriers. Autonomous barter, succession decisions and vehicle jobs remain disabled. Building and door persistence graphs remain unsupported in production. A complete voluntary food crew, physical barter, travel and rest recovery are not claimed as accepted by this release. The known stock movement issue remains unresolved. Existing provider budgets, ambient population limits, roamer death records, player save policy and Workshop dependencies are unchanged.

1.0.39
Persistent residents with urgent hunger can prioritize actual food even when their inventory contains many unrelated items. Food approach waypoints bring them within pickup range, and residents can collect food on arrival during their existing simulation turn. Food selection respects visibility, capacity, reservations and the existing inventory/save transaction checks. An existing ambient simulation turn retains its original expiry when a resident temporarily gains priority. A bounded follow-up to the existing simulation pass reapplies the idle policy using current leases, player attention and native danger checks. Residents with active combat targets or native threat priority keep their required simulation detail. The two-resident ambient limit and turn duration remain unchanged. Food-run organizers can approach an available same-faction resident they can see before recruiting. First contact records the actual sighting; prior encounters remain part of memory. Approaches respect danger, injury, player attention, native body identity and pending inventory transactions. The recipient independently decides whether to join after contact. Existing reasoning budgets remain unchanged. Known issue: residents can still encounter failed routes on the map. This update does not resolve every travel failure.

1.0.38
Resident telemetry now retains the native session, unique combat event IDs and exact research treatment. Recruitment diagnostics can no longer omit the cohort required by the relay. Model-result records retain the treatment that initiated the request. Eligible faction-base residents can choose to visit their known shared home area during ordinary patrol. Meetings use real movement, visibility and existing background simulation limits; arrival does not force friendship or agreement. The separate known-contact recruitment approach remains disabled pending its physical acceptance. Existing event-driven provider limits remain unchanged.

1.0.37
1.0.37 — Focused combat and survival fixes Nearby survivors can return fire after recognized positive damage, with wall, bystander, ammunition, and expiry safety checks. Survival needs now use exact item matching, with water and food holds corrected. Two distant residents rotate through 60-second simulation slots so activity can continue away from players. Important active behavior retains priority. Food-run recruitment reports observer-only reasons for its decisions. This release does not complete the broader AI scope or claim any mission as completed.

1.0.36
Resident survival update: enables bounded resident activation of authored food and water loot, with exact-item reservations and native inventory/save restoration. Adds food-request and voluntary community re-entry history to the existing resident needs, memory and relationship systems. Resident events now carry their recorded faction for the Observatory. Marauder opportunism uses bounded, nearby physical supply opportunities with cooldowns. Existing resident identities and history are preserved. Groq Free-only limits and event-driven provider gates remain unchanged. Vehicle travel, expanded return fire and the complete model-led expedition are still being validated separately.

1.0.35
Resident persistence and survival update: repairs saving larger resident histories; coordinates exact-item reservations, interrupted inventory actions and spent-item replay protection; and adds rest-before-expedition negotiation. A bounded native event feed improves Observatory delivery, while unchanged routine progress is coalesced only in the remote telemetry queue. New unaccompanied resident activation of authored food/water loot remains disabled on hosted servers pending exact acquired-item ownership and inventory restoration tests. Finite resident ammunition remains explicitly opt-in until sustainable resupply is proven. Provider limits and the Free-only policy are unchanged. Existing resident history is retained. Autonomous vehicle travel, expanded combat and the complete supply-run loop are still under separate validation.

1.0.33
Persistent survivor life: residents track their persona, bodily needs, perceived danger, memories and directed relationships in the zombie apocalypse. Real food, water and medical-item use is checkpointed, and witnessed care and shared trips can affect their relationships. Voluntary food coordination supports separately recorded proposals and individual choices, original-body-bound trips, physical collection and cache deposits, nearby outcome reports, later planning, and saved history. Residents may leave an unstarted food group while retaining earlier history and obligations. Partial deliveries have an explicit outcome. The Resident Observatory can connect an invitation, decisions, travel, collection, delivery and report through explicit activity records, with plain-English explanations and source distinctions. Fresh faction spawns wait for authenticated membership; living-player restoration retains its saved location. Meaningful conversations and major decisions use the existing event-driven relay, shared Free-only caps and strict action validation. Routine needs, appraisal and reflexes remain deterministic. Recorded fallback behavior is labeled. This release does not establish completed provider-backed community acceptance or the future vehicle, building and broad community-service adapters.

1.0.32
Resident Observatory: bounded authenticated telemetry transport for recorded resident events, with explicit queue limits and drop reporting. Native behavior choices and measured movement now emit factual activity records without requesting AI inference. Damage perception uses several bounded visibility samples and records why an attacker was or was not recognized. Unknown injuries remain available to conversation context without blaming the current player. Conversation failures preserve structured relay status when available, and fallback replies no longer repeat the resident's biography. Existing Free-only provider safeguards and event-driven direct conversation limits remain unchanged. Corrected chronological event deduplication after the memory window fills, preventing recently handled events from being appraised again. Validated persistent memory, relationships, affect and replay rejection across a separate-process restart.
