Summary
PUBLIC BETA - Freedom Fighters add-on: virtual supply and fuel convoys between bases, flows, port and gas station buys. Please send feedback: https://github.com/FatihHekim0glu/FF-Series-Feedback
Description
PUBLIC BETA - please send feedback, bugs and ideas: https://github.com/FatihHekim0glu/FF-Series-Feedback
FF Supply Lines moves supplies and fuel between your Freedom Fighters bases with virtual convoys.
Build a Supply Hub, then send, request, buy at ports and gas stations, or run a flow. No AI vehicles drive: the cargo travels on the server, shows on your map, pays a fuel fee and can be ambushed.
Part of the FF series with FF Mortar (mortars and radio fire support):

WHAT YOU GET
- Supply Hub: a buildable shelter whose radio opens the Supply Panel.
- Send or request supplies and fuel between any two friendly hubs.
- Constant flows: up to 4 per hub, 100 or 200 supplies every 15 to 90 minutes.
- Buy supplies at friendly ports and fuel at friendly gas stations.
- Live convoy and ambush markers on your faction's map.
- Ambush risk and hired escorts: Light (HMG car) or Heavy (APC).
- Toasts for departures, arrivals and ambushes; all saved across restarts.
QUICK START
1. Build a Supply Hub at a military base, FOB or captured factory (300 supplies), and a second one at another base.
2. At the hub's radio: F > Open Supply Panel.
3. Send / Request > pick the other hub, the amount and an escort > Send. Watch the convoy on the map.
THE SUPPLY PANEL
- Overview: stock, production, your money, min reserve, deposit, and up to 8 convoys with their ETA.
- Send / Request: every friendly hub with distance, ETA and risk; amount (up to 1000); escort; the full cost before you confirm. Fuel: 50 to 1000 L between bases with fuel tanks.
- Flows: from and into this hub; switch on or off, change rate and escort, remove.
- Log: the hub's last 20 events, with player names.
CONVOYS
- Travel time: 2 minutes of loading plus the road at 30 km/h (5 km: about 12 minutes).
- Under 300 m of road: a short delivery, ready in 1 minute, no fee or risk.
- Road convoys pay a fuel fee: 50 L of base fuel, or the same value in supplies (20 on Normal); a purchase pays it in money (100 on Normal).
- No run takes a base below its reserve (the respawn reserve or your min reserve, whichever is higher).
- If the destination is lost, the convoy turns back and the cargo goes home (fees are kept).
BUYING
- Friendly ports sell supplies and friendly gas stations sell fuel at FF's own prices, listed after the hubs with "(buy)" or "(buy fuel)".
- Buy once, or as a flow paid from the hub deposit. Ports and stations always keep a reserve for players.
- A purchase that turns back refunds the price of the goods that come back.
RISK AND ESCORTS
- Road convoys have a 2% risk, more through enemy ground, past enemy checkpoints or near battles (up to 75%). An ambush takes 25 to 75% of the cargo. The risk shows before you send.
- Light escort: half the risk, for 5% of the cargo value (at least 25). Heavy escort: a fifth of the risk and half the loss, for 15% (at least 75). Prices follow FF's money multiplier.
SERVER ADMINS
- Settings: $profile:FFSL_SupplyLines/settings.json, read at start; every key optional (speed, prices, flows, risk, escorts, markers, toasts). Bad values are logged and the default kept.
- Logs: [FFSL] lines in the server log; every order with the player's name in $profile:FFSL_SupplyLines/orders.log.
- Saves: hubs are FF build items. Convoys, flows, deposits and hub logs are the mod's own record, written with FF's autosave and shutdown save. FF's own save data is never changed.
- Clean stop: #shutdown (RCON or admin) writes the shutdown save; after a crash or kill, convoys and stocks go back to FF's last autosave with FF's data.
- Never remove the mod from a running campaign: supplies on the road exist only in its record.
COMPATIBILITY
- Requires Freedom Fighters (plus EDF and EPF).
- Runs with Freedom Fighters Plus, FF Logistic, Loot Transfer System (+ FF_Logistics_LTS_Compat), FF Freedom Engineers and FF Mortar. FF Mortar keeps its own min reserve.
KNOWN LIMITS
- Flows and convoys only move while a player is online, like FF's own clock.
- Ambushes and escorts are virtual: players cannot defend a convoy in person.
- Fuel between hubs moves as one-off orders only (gas station buys can run as a flow).
- English only for now (translation-ready stringtable).
