Fixes save/restore of nested gear inside OTAC (Ferro Concepts) vests and backpacks. Script-only compatibility addon for the 181st server ecosystem.
Description
Fixes the native serialization gap where OTAC storage classes (OTAC_AssaultBackpackStorage, OTAC_BackpackStorage, OTAC_VestStorage, OTAC_WeaponStorage) are not registered with SCR_ArsenalManagerComponent, causing nested gear to be lost on save/restore (Bacon loadouts, REAPER respawn kits). Registers the four storage types at arsenal init. Requires OTAC Gear Core. Test candidate for the 181st Special Activities server.
