WCS Arsenal Re-opened

This config mod allows standalone mods, using default entity catalogs, to show in the arsenal when using the WCS_Arsenal mod. Further removes various imposed restrictions on gameplay.

Action Heroes - Factions

This is a slight alteration to the default presets for the various Squad types in Conflict and Conflict HQ Commander.

Action Heroes - Weapons

- FIA has assorted equipment
- replaces default ammo w/ 4B1T ammo
- 7.62mm/.30 cal or larger has alternating AP/ball w/ a tracer every 5th rd
- no Tracer-only ammo
- RPG7 does not spawn loaded

Loadout Allowances

Introduces rank based allowances for saving a custom loadout.

The mod adds a default loadout and the ability to play as the ION faction from RHS: Status Quo to Game Master Scenarios
