TrackIR Tweaker

This runs with my TrackIR Freelook Conflix Fix Mod.
This adds in game menu option under the Controllers heading.

Reset freelook on ALT release. Game Default is OFF. 

When you Freelook ALT and release, your last view is remember and recalled on next ALT press. Turn ON and that last ALT release is centered so next time you press ALT, you view is centered until you move it.

Disable Automatic Freelook. Game default OFF.

Allows Freelook without presing ALT when driving, climbing, vaulting, building, repairing, refueling, etc. Turn on to restrict looking to TrackIR, with the exception of Weapon Inspection. Intentionally left as default since tend to revert to it when in a rush.
