TrackIR Freelook Conflict Fix

BI has sat on this bug for over 4 months so I finally fixed it myself.

The issue is that Freelook, which is automatically enabled in cases like digging, repairing, entering and exiting a vehicle, climbing a ladder and vaulting, does not reset to zero after being invoked intentionally or accidentally during those events.  This resulted in the view SNAPPING to the last freelook value when you hit ALT. It also meant that if the freelook value had you looking over your shoudler, when  you enter a vehcile, you view was defaulted over your shoulder. Reparing could be a nightmare since when you looked at the hotspot to repair and hit F, your view would snap, sometimes enough to break the repair link.

This mod resets freelook to zero. I also disables Freelook from being automatic in any event. Afer all we are using TrackIR and really only need Freelook in certain instance. This mod keeps Freelook with ALT so can still use it.
