1. SCOPE
1.1 "The Mod" means Zagoria 89 LR Offender, version 1.0.0 and later, distributed through the Arma Reforger Workshop under ID 6ACED5AE77AC4C6B, including its vehicle variants, equipment, prefabs, configurations, and other included resources.
1.2 "Protected Original Content" means independently copyrightable work created and owned by TandemHEAT for the Mod, including original model additions, textures, materials, scripts, configurations, prefabs, effects, and other original files, but only to the extent TandemHEAT holds the relevant rights.
1.3 The Mod also incorporates a Land Rover Offender model derived from publicly released Arma 2 assets and certain downloaded or purchased third-party models. These materials are not automatically Protected Original Content and remain governed by their respective licenses.
1.4 This license does not replace or diminish any rights granted by underlying licenses. If an underlying license requires attribution, source availability, share-alike licensing, or other conditions, those conditions must be followed.
2. OWNERSHIP AND CREDITS
2.1 TandemHEAT owns the independently copyrightable additions created by TandemHEAT, subject to underlying rights and any written agreements to the contrary.
2.2 Bohemia Interactive retains ownership of its original Arma 2 assets. The original Land Rover Offender model and any derivative portions remain subject to the specific license accompanying the source assets.
2.3 Downloaded or purchased models and other third-party resources remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchase or download does not by itself transfer copyright or authorize redistribution.
2.4 Any other contributors retain their rights unless a separate agreement provides otherwise. Credits and applicable notices must be preserved as required by their licenses.
3. PERMITTED USE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PERMISSION
3.1 Download, install, and play the Mod in Arma Reforger through authorized distribution channels.
3.2 Use the Mod on public or private Arma Reforger servers by loading it as a Workshop dependency.
3.3 Create and share screenshots, gameplay videos, and streams featuring the Mod, subject to applicable platform and third-party terms.
3.4 Publish scenarios, missions, compositions, compatibility patches, faction packs, and add-ons that reference the Mod as a Workshop dependency. Such projects may reference its resources, place its entities, inherit from its prefabs, and call or extend exposed scripts without copying or redistributing Protected Original Content.
3.5 Independently obtain and use Bohemia Interactive or third-party source assets in accordance with their own licenses. This license does not limit rights granted by those licensors.
4. USE REQUIRING PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION
Except where independently allowed by an applicable underlying license or law, prior written permission from TandemHEAT is required to:
4.1 Reupload, mirror, repack, or redistribute the Mod as a complete package or redistribute its Protected Original Content separately, whether modified or unmodified.
4.2 Extract, copy, port, or reuse Protected Original Content in another mod, game, or project.
4.3 Distribute altered versions of Protected Original Content, including edited meshes, derived textures, reskins made from protected textures, or unofficial fixed copies. Dependency-based projects permitted under Section 3.4 are not prohibited merely because they extend functionality.
4.4 Use Protected Original Content as input for training, fine-tuning, or generating assets with AI or machine-learning systems, to the extent such restrictions are enforceable.
4.5 Remove or misrepresent applicable author credits, copyright notices, or licensing information in any authorized redistribution.
4.6 Represent an unauthorized release as official or claim ownership of TandemHEAT's Protected Original Content.
5. COMMERCIAL USE AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS
5.1 No commercial exploitation of the Mod as a package or of Protected Original Content is authorized under this license. This includes selling or renting files, paywalling assets, charging to unlock vehicles, or offering exclusive donor-only or VIP access to Mod content.
5.2 General server monetization is permitted under this license only when the server is approved and listed for monetization by Bohemia Interactive, follows all applicable Bohemia Interactive rules, and does not charge players an additional fee specifically to access Mod content. This exception ends if the server loses the required approval.
5.3 Use of the Mod as a package or Protected Original Content outside Bohemia Interactive products is not authorized under this license.
5.4 Sections 5.1–5.3 do not override independent rights granted under underlying licenses or mandatory law. Third-party content may impose stricter conditions, including restrictions on server monetization or redistribution.
6. PERMISSION REQUESTS
6.1 Requests to use TandemHEAT's Protected Original Content outside Section 3 must receive prior written approval from TandemHEAT.
6.2 Permission is limited to the named recipient, project, and use and is not transferable unless the written authorization expressly says otherwise.
6.3 TandemHEAT cannot grant rights to Bohemia Interactive or third-party content that TandemHEAT does not own or have authority to sublicense.
6.4 Any separate commercial or other licensing agreement must comply with applicable underlying licenses and third-party agreements.
7. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
7.1 The Mod uses a Land Rover Offender model originating from publicly released Arma 2 assets. Bohemia Interactive's original content remains subject to the license supplied with the specific source files. The description "open source" does not, by itself, establish the exact permissions or obligations of that license.
7.2 TandemHEAT has created additional content and modifications for use in Arma Reforger. Copyright protection claimed by TandemHEAT extends only to TandemHEAT's independently copyrightable contributions, subject to underlying rights.
7.3 The Mod also contains downloaded and/or purchased third-party models. Their creators retain ownership unless an express assignment states otherwise. Inclusion in this Mod does not grant other users permission to extract, copy, resell, or reuse those models.
7.4 Any required attribution, notices, and source-license conditions for Bohemia Interactive and third-party assets must be complied with. Where necessary, a separate credits and third-party license list should accompany this license.
7.5 If a source asset is licensed under terms requiring derivative works to be distributed under the same license, those terms govern the derivative content to which they apply and supersede conflicting provisions here.

8. VERSION HISTORY AND PRIOR RIGHTS
8.1 This license is intended to govern version 1.0.0 and later releases that carry it.
8.2 If version 1.0.0 is the first public release, no prior public version of this Mod is addressed by this license. Any earlier release, if one exists, remains subject to the terms under which it was distributed.
8.3 This license does not retroactively withdraw permissions already granted under applicable licenses, including those for underlying Bohemia Interactive or third-party assets.
8.4 Later versions may include different or additional licensing terms for newly introduced content, subject to pre-existing rights.
9. VIOLATIONS
9.1 A material violation terminates permissions granted under this license to the extent permitted by law, without terminating rights independently granted under another applicable license.
9.2 Unauthorized copies of Protected Original Content may be reported to Bohemia Interactive or other relevant platforms for review and removal.
9.3 TandemHEAT reserves all remedies available for infringement of rights actually held by TandemHEAT.
10. DISCLAIMER
10.1 The Mod is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
10.2 To the extent permitted by law, TandemHEAT is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the Mod.
11. CHANGES
11.1 Each release is governed by the license published with that release, subject to any continuing rights granted by applicable underlying licenses.
11.2 TandemHEAT may publish revised terms for future releases covering content TandemHEAT is authorized to license.
11.3 No revision can unilaterally revoke pre-existing third-party permissions or alter another rights holder's license.
IMPORTANT THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS NOTICE
Before publication, verify the exact license attached to the Arma 2 Land Rover Offender source files and each downloaded or purchased model. In particular, confirm that their terms permit incorporation and redistribution in an Arma Reforger Workshop mod. If any purchased model prohibits redistribution, its inclusion may require additional authorization or replacement. This document cannot cure missing third-party permissions.
