Changes inventory Size from SLOT_2x1 to SLOT_1x1 on:
RIS Laser Attachments: Optic_XPS3_Magnified (EXPS3 + G33 variants)
WCS Scopes: Optic_Trijicon_ACOG_TA31_PVS30 (also covers the WCS RHS Scopes copy)
Attachment Framework: Leapers_UTG_360 bipod
Requires: RIS Laser Attachments, WCS Scopes, WCS RHS Scopes, Attachment Framework.
No other changes.
