Cerberus - Scripts - MEI Addon

This addon extends Cerberus Scripts with full spawner support for two new factions: MEI (Middle East Insurgents) and MEC (Middle East Civilians), built on top of RHS content.
Included for MEI: Character Spawner, Wave Spawner, Ambient Patrol Spawner, and Populated Area Security Spawner — everything needed to populate a scenario with insurgent forces, from single reinforcements to full wave attacks, self-sustaining ambient patrols, and troops positioned inside buildings and rooftops.
Included for MEC: Civilian Ambient Spawner and Traffic Manager — to populate towns and roads with civilian presence and dynamic ambient traffic, keeping cities alive without impacting performance.
Requires Cerberus Scripts (Core) and RHS content packs.
