BIA_Arsenal

BIA_Arsenal by Brigata Italiana Ariete. A full replacement for the previous BIA arsenal, using its original image.

Integrates the requested ACE, WCS, RHS, Bacon, weapon, clothing, and equipment addons as dependencies. Adds 29 missing US and 6 missing USSR catalog entries while preserving existing WCS settings and source faction assignments. M40A5 Upgraded and Italian Vegetato retain their RHS_USAF/USMC assignments.

Disables 129 selected suppressor, launcher, and ammunition save-blacklist entries. Ten unrelated restrictions and normal rank, supply, and inventory checks remain. Supports the shared blacklist used by the WCS and Bacon loadout editors.

No original arsenal loadouts, helmet changes, faction tweaks, or catalogs carry over. Original assets remain in their respective dependency mods.

Workbench compilation, PC script checks, added prefab resource loading, effective configuration checks, and packaging passed on Arma Reforger 1.8.0.13. Actual loadout saving, multiplayer, and console behavior still require gameplay testing.
