Summary
Currently overrides the base USSR Groups and Characters to NARCO themed groups and characters. None of this is actually created by me except for the override.
Description
Plan to add more militarized NARCO groups as well to the additional USSR groups. Eventually all USSR groups and characters will be converted to NARCO. Additionally plan to override the FIA faction as well to the Mexican Army. Recommend using with my US Narco Voice Override mod. This adjusts EverElizalde's Narco voice mod to keep US character's and player's voice sound english instead of spanish.
