1. SCOPE
This license applies to the original content created for the NextLife modification for Arma Reforger, including scripts, configurations, prefabs, assets, systems and documentation.
NextLife is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Achilles Modding or the creators of K9 Max unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. K9 MAX DEPENDENCY
NextLife requires K9 Max as an external dependency.
The use and integration of K9 Max within NextLife is authorized by the rights holder of K9 Max under separate written permission granted to the NextLife project.
K9 Max remains the property of its respective rights holder and is governed by its own license. Nothing in this license transfers ownership or relicenses K9 Max.
Users must obtain K9 Max from its official Arma Reforger Workshop release.
3. AUTHORIZED INTEGRATION
With permission from the K9 Max rights holder, NextLife may:
Reference K9 Max as a dependency.
Create compatibility and integration systems for K9 Max.
Reference K9 Max classes, systems or identifiers when technically required.
Create gameplay functionality designed to interact with K9 Max.
Include original NextLife code required to integrate with K9 Max.
This permission does not grant permission to redistribute K9 Max itself.
4. K9 MAX REDISTRIBUTION
Unless separately authorized in writing by the K9 Max rights holder, NextLife must not redistribute or reupload copies of K9 Max or its original content.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Models
Textures
Sounds
Animations
Prefabs
Scripts
Configurations
Extracted or repackaged assets
K9 Max must remain an external Workshop dependency.
5. NEXTLIFE CONTENT
Original content created specifically for NextLife remains the property of the NextLife Team and/or its respective contributors.
Without permission, third parties may not redistribute, reupload, sell, or publish modified versions of NextLife while presenting them as official releases.
Third-party content remains subject to its own license.
6. CREDITS
K9 Max must be credited as an external dependency where appropriate.
Recommended credit:
"K9 Max — Created by Achilles / Achilles Modding. Used by NextLife as an authorized dependency."
This credit does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
7. WORKSHOP DISTRIBUTION
NextLife may be published on the Arma Reforger Workshop provided that its distribution complies with this license, the applicable K9 Max license and permission, and Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms and policies.
NextLife must not upload, repackage or redistribute K9 Max itself.
8. PERMISSION
The authorization to use and integrate K9 Max is based on permission granted by its rights holder.
If that permission is withdrawn, NextLife must cease any use that is no longer authorized and remove or disable the affected integration in future releases.
9. NO WARRANTY
NextLife is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The NextLife Team is not responsible for issues caused by Arma Reforger, K9 Max, other third-party modifications, updates, incompatibilities or server configurations.
