The FIA Police Departement has orders to chase down criminal civilians (alive) and take them to the US airport where the US Army deports the prisoners to the prison on Gull Island by helicopter.
Rebels can be found with arsenals to fight against the law on Arland! 
Play Civilians, FIA or US Army in a Cops and Robbers + Prison Break GameMode and enjoy intense roleplay and serious battles in an authentic 1989 scenario!

CIV - Try to escape from the FIA police, rescue prisoners or become a prisoner.
FIA - Try to capture CIV Players alive and take them to the US airport.
US - You receive prisoners from the FIA at US airport, deport them to GULL ISLAND prison and make sure nobody escapes.

No MODS needed, every modification is selfmade and included.
There are no WIN CONDITIONS yet, but will be added in future updates.

CIV, FIA + US Factions are friendly so hostile vehicles can be occupied!
There is NO PUNISHMENT for DISGUISING or FRIENDLY KILL. 
(Abusers should be removed by VOTING!)

REBEL - NPCs set to FIRE AT WILL
CIVIL - NPCs are fiendly
