Procedural Combat - Takistani

Adds compatability between Procedural Combat mod and Takistani Factions allowing you to play as or against Takistani Army (OPFOR) and Takistani Republican Militia (INDFOR).

Unofficial addon, use at your own risk. Not endorced by original author of Procedural Combat, but mod is created using new template system.

WARNING: If you're using CRX AI, currently the "Perceived_Faction_Changes_Affects_AI=true" setting doesn't work with custom faction in Procedural Combat and friendly AI will kill you regardless of your uniform! Turn it off.
