Operation Patchwork

Following the collapse of the central authority of the Republic of Fuldán government due to an overreliance on NATO peacekeepers, the Muslim extremist group "The Sons of the Crescent" has seized control of the southeastern port city of Mogadishu. NATO has received reports of extrajudicial killings and violent application of religious law, and has designated it as a priority target for stabilisation and reinsertion of coalition forces into the region. OTAC been tasked with making preliminary entry into the city and conducting deliberate action to disrupt rebel activity and seize port facilities to allow for NATO forces to making landing.
