Ghost GM

by MamboMambo
Ghost GM

Summary

Hides the Game Master's name in the global killfeed. When a GM possesses an AI entity, all kills will be credited to the AI's class name instead of the player's gamertag.

Description

Vanilla Arma Reforger breaks immersion the moment a Game Master possesses a bot, immediately announcing the Admin's gamertag to the entire server the second they secure a kill. ACE nametags further expose your position, revealing your identity to players even when you are meant to be an anonymous enemy.

Ghost GM changes the rules of the game. This mod seamlessly masks your presence, ensuring that your players never know if they are fighting a scripted bot or being hunted by the "Dungeon Master."

---------------------------------------------------------
# Features:

1. True Identity Masking: Automatically intercepts the killfeed whenever you are possessing an entity. Instead of seeing your gamertag, the server sees the name of the AI entity you are currently controlling (e.g., "FIA Rifleman" or "USSR Sniper").

2. ACE Nametag Scrubbing: Designed for tactical servers! Ghost GM detects when you are possessing a unit and instantly scrubs your player name and ID from the ACE Nametag system, treating your possessed unit as a standard, anonymous AI.

3. Seamless Immersion: Participate in firefights, set up complex ambushes, and control boss enemies without ever revealing that the Game Master is pulling the strings.

4. Plug & Play: No complicated menu configuration required. Simply load the mod, possess an AI, and take control. The mod handles the rest in the background.
