GM Markers

Allows to see markers palced on map, as well on GM map. No more exiting GM to see markers.

Additional Game Master layout made for Competitions admins/streamers but can be useful for public servers admins as well.

Radio/Map Jamming with options for GM to adjsut on spot. Added override for maps as tablet to keep realism.

Red and blue UH-1 helicopter variants for USSR and US factions.

Quickly change settings for entity snaping and orienting to terrain via two buttons in GM.
