Summary
A lightweight conversion for the USSR and FIA. USSR is a generic African military and FIA are a pirate type group.

Primary features:
- Two sets of camo for Russian faction, replacing M88 and Naval Infantry uniforms with TCA and lizard camo patterns respectively. These patterns are inspired by the Tissu Camouflage Aride that Mali Africa used around 1989.
- The FIA has been turned into a low-resource pirate and or freedom fighter type faction.
- KLMK and Spetznaz loadouts have also been modified.
- Gear, helmets, vests, berets, and officer caps have been changed as well.
