Summary
A complete replacement of Russian and Czech for the USSR, FIA, and civilian factions. All 3 factions now speak Somali. This is primarily meant for PvE but can work in PvP.
Description
I suggest using this with my "USSR to African Military (Lite)" mod.
This was designed to be used with the Mogadishu Somalia map but it should also be a good fit for other African and Africa-style maps.
Most of the spoken dialogue is in place.
The command statements are almost finished, so playing as somali side and commanding AI is (mostly) possible.
