I'm working on replacing the Russian spoken language for the Soviet (USSR) side with Somali language.
Description
I couldn't find any mod for to go along with Mogadishu Somalia. Should be good for African and Africa style maps. WIP - It's very rough, missing a lot, but somewhat functional. Also spoken assignments might be a bit messy.
