RHS LAV-25 Thermal Optics

Upgrades the RHS LAV-25A2 (And Vanilla LAV-25) to enable thermal imaging on both the gunsight and viewports, as well variable zoom optics on the viewports. Completely removes daytime sight, so the gunner is always in thermal. gunsight remains at a fixed 7 times magnification with no digital zoom. Commander sight (switch sights keybind) has a 1.0x power optic with an additional 7.0x digital zoom (7.0x max). Uses enhanced thermal effects added to the engine in 1.6 via the thermal postprocessing mod.

Notes:
Variable zoom does NOT work on vanilla lav. unsure why, but you must use the RHS LAV-25A2 if you want that feature.
