sTs GRS Arsenal Cleanup

This mod provides a cleaned up vanilla US arsenal preset for the combination of GRS and PMC Gear mods. It builds upon our RHS Arsenal preset mod. The goal is to provide a streamlined vanilla US arsenal without doubled gear and items.

This mod only adds/modifies new EntityCatalog Lists, this mod does not modify content or anything else.
