AI sound fixes, improvements and expansions
- Currently fixes grid coords on MOVE and CONTACT SPOTTED voice events (localhost only)*
- Fixes FIA contact close report and improves order of information said in all contact reports across all 3 factions
- Enable AI to report contact of a helicopter (they will still engange as normal, but now they'll call it out too)
- Voice events for grenades (frag and smoke); for cover when healing (medic and self-healing)

* DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY JUST YET
I've recently discovered that AI comms handler isn't properly replicated to clients, so all signals are 0. This means instructions to soldierCalled 1000 (SQUAD) is actually said as 0 (ONE), and all distances, directions and grids are 0 (so the voice line will always be 50m (distance 0) north (direction 0), and grid 000 000 (grid int 0). Same is true for calling out contacts - they will always says 'Unknown man' even though the logic is supposed to find and say 'Enemy soldier'
