Rangers Heavy Weapons

Increases the fire rate of the M60 and adds a 200 round AP box. Also adds functionality for optics on the hand-held variant. It is recommended to use the RIS Laser Attachments Spectre optic as this is what was used to set the placement up

Reduces weight and size dimensions of the .50 cal weapon and tripod and all mortar components so they now fit in the vanilla US bergen (or similar with other mods). 

New prefabs have been added for the mortar boxes that come equipped with 6x HE, smoke or illumination rounds respectively

AP's .50 Cal Special Mix consists of 200 tracer incendiary rounds with reduced weight
