For... REALISM

Changes character movement speeds based on the ready/aim state of pistols/hand flares, rifles, snipers, LMGs and launchers. Different weapons have greater slowing depend on type.

Description

Movement speeds are reduced for a more realistic and much more intense infantry combat experience, especially in CQB. 

There are two ways of looking at how movement speeds are altered; they are NOT stacking effects - this is only to explain how different weapons have a greater slowing effect depending on the weapon state as well as the different weapon states. 

Weapon Ready/Aim States:
HOLSTERED: No Effect
EQUIPPED & LOW READY: Fastest
HIGH READY: Slow
ADS: Slowest

 OR...

Weapon Type Speed Hierachy:
HANDGUNS/HAND FLARES: Fastest
RIFLES: Fast
SNIPERS: Slow
LMG: Slower
LAUNCHERS Slowest

Anything else should not effect base character movement speed.

Thanks to TepacheLoco for his work on HeavySupportWeapons. This helped me find where to look for these values and make the effect for LMGs/launchers a little less intense and then also figure out how to apply this to the other weapon types.
