Stviri Loadout Manager

Very Bare-bones loadout manager which captures all the items in a JSON file (modded items included).

Will continue working on this and add more features.

As it's still a WIP and the main focus are modded items, script might misbehave and spawn modded items like helmets sunglasses and weapon attachments back into containers such as backpacks, pouches and vests, i'm stil trying to figure out how to fix this.

Currently under testing phase, not recommended for usage on multi server infra as the script is only client side which means JSON files are not being saved server-side, so if a player saves on one server and joins another server with completely different mods and saves there JSON will get overwritten.

This is temporary just for quick tests, will implement multiple loadout saving and server-side JSON storage later on.
