ACE Overheating Dev

This lightweight tweak tells ACE Overheating to treat specific Weapons builds as fixed-mass weapons:
Block2 / URGI variants → 4.5 kg
SBR / SBR URGI variants → 4.0 kg
No prefab edits, no inventory weight changes - only the thermal model is adjusted so heat buildup/cooldown stays predictable across these variants. Everything else in ACE remains untouched.

Special thanks to the ACEMOD developers for the original framework.
