Adds missing features and fixes some minor bugs on talisman3636's Freedom Fighters Takistan port.
Description
Changes the following:
-adds bases/fortifcations around radio towers and radar sites
-adds missing radio broadcast manager
-adds clothes stores to hotel/clothing shops
-adds buyable tools/jerrycans at auto repair shops
-fixes/adds general store functionality at smoke shop/barber/second hand stores
-adds 3 hospitals with buyable medical supplies
-adds missing parked ambient helicopters
-adds missing fuel station points
-adds missing town donation points near bus stops
-adds missing "ports", just a supply cache to simulate supplies coming over the border
-updated navmeshes
-add missing JWK_World
-update/add FF road network
-add importable vehicle/helicopter depots
