FF - Enemy Outposts & Mortars

Adds a new type of enemy POI/installation: outposts. Outposts can be either a camp, AAA site, or mortar site. All outposts contain supply caches. Enemy AI mortar crews use the AI Fire Support mod to shoot at players. All mortar sites will only despawn once players are more than 2000m away. Field manual entry included.

A new job type is also available for players that require them to clear/kill mortar site crews in exchange for money. Journal entry included.
